Delete your account
You can delete your ILYF account and the personal data attached to it at any time.
By email
Send an email to cabhishek7528@gmail.com with the subject ILYF account deletion request.
Include the mobile number your account uses, so we can find it. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, banners, designation, company, category, location, address, date of birth, about text and social links.
- Your sign-in, so the mobile number no longer opens an account.
- Your push notification tokens and your in-app notification inbox.
- Your uploaded files.
What is kept, and why
Records that belong to the chapter rather than to you are kept, with your name replaced by "Former member": referrals passed between members, meeting attendance, 1-to-1 meetings and thank-you slips. These are the chapter's own history and other members appear in them too.
Ordinary service logs kept by our hosting provider are removed on their own retention schedule.
